There is nothing to like about this morons

Everything! The so called managers (CEOs boot lickers) behaves like the company is build by their fathers. They don't have any of the domain knowledge and yet sitting in the cabins just because of ceos favours. The great ceo who is a big insecure guy by the high performing employees, never let you grow in this jail. You will suffer mental health issues in this company even if you work hard and give extra efforts because they never get satisfied even they dont have any idea what to do next but just they will put unnecessary pressure on you.

Teached me hard time and to solve it

Dislikes

I dedicated over three years and four months of my professional life to this company, pouring my heart and soul into my work. Unfortunately, I was met with a disappointing lack of consideration and recognition for the efforts I put forth. As I prepared to leave the company, I found myself in a critical situation where I urgently needed certain documents for my career transition. However, despite my repeated requests, the company failed to provide me with the necessary documentation. This disregard for my needs during such a crucial time was disheartening and unprofessional. Throughout my tenure, I consistently went above and beyond my responsibilities. On numerous occasions, I willingly worked overtime to meet project deadlines and fulfill client demands. Despite my efforts, the company failed to acknowledge or appreciate my hard work in front of clients, leaving me feeling undervalued and overlooked. The absence of recognition and support for employees creates a demoralizing work environment. It not only hampers individual growth and motivation but also reflects poorly on the company as a whole. Employees should feel appreciated and acknowledged for their contributions, and their dedication should be recognized in front of clients and stakeholders. Moreover, the company's failure to provide the necessary documents I needed for my career progression is deeply concerning. These documents hold immense value and are crucial for shaping my future prospects. By withholding them, the company has hindered my ability to effectively present my achievements and skills to potential employers.
