As an HR intern, I was given hands-on experience to a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee management, and performance management. The team was supportive and took the time to explain the processes in detail, ensuring i gained a solid understanding of each aspect. One of the highlights was participating in recruitment drives, which helped me develop strong interview and candidate assessment skills.
