Only good thing about this institute is Big Infrastructure which is useless and hurting the management a lot.. they are running out of money

Partiality, Nepotism, salary hike is given only if you are a mallu, having Money to show off or if you are a Woman. The deputy CEO is sitting to destroy the campus but only good wrapped things are told to CEO Vasudevan Pillai sir. He is a great visionary but some people will destroy his ambitions. No proper salary is given even if you are a UGC approved faculty ,no employment benefits are given no Gratuity is given

PHCET, Rasayani is not satisfactory at all as the teachers here are not paid wll neither not experienced as 95% of teachers have either done their graduation/masters/PHD from Mumbai University itself and as soon as they complete their course they become eligible to teach in this college for a salary of 12k as an assistant lecturer. Now you can imagine the knowledge of teachers and the experineced teachers are not at all upgraded with latest industrial knowledge. Most of the student donot get placed as less placement opportunities are there as this college is located in remote area.
