...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Did not get the proper salary for the work becasuse of no competitor for a company inthis area

But there is no encouragement for a cce. They did not consider cce post is very important. We are the one who do the all the works in the showroom . But they didnot give a any increment or encourages us.

Increase our knowledge by working with management instruction s &advises . This is the place where we can learn more in various departments. 100% job security. Until we volunteerly releive company will educate & convince us for better future. In this company management consider everybody equal .

As per Management rules ,I can't dislike company . I dislike due to poor in co-ordination from our co-workers.
