They don’t provide salary to the employees after terminating them on the stop without any prior notice and the person who resigns they don’t clear the full and final settlement of any employees till now as far as I know . So , I don’t suggest anyone to join them

...If teaching is your passion, then this company provides you a great opportunity. They pay good amount of money but you have to work hard. Incentives are also good.

Since it's a start up, they put extra effort to build a position and good reputation. In the very first days, you may be dislike some things, but when you understand all the things how company works, then it will not be a problematic.

There is nothing good in company, this is totally Chinese owned company , it has been raided by ED in due to illegaly sending money to China, there is no CEO or cofounders all had resigned. The company is running by old employee who doesn’t know how to manage people or even talk to them. The current management so call BU is teacher who doesn’t know to teach nor toh handle . They doesn’t have office also now employees are doing wfh. 70% employees left the company due to bad behaviour management and even due to financial strain they started termination by putting false allegations on people. I strongly suggest not to join this organisation.

They can terminate you any time without any single notification. They deducted the Salary and will give you nonsense reason

If the guardian give the money and go for emi and If they are not able to give the remaining amount they, the employee of ODA Class said that sorry this is no refundable pls submit the full amount then it will refund to u, but after when u pay full amount then don't think the employee of ODA CLASS will pick the call or see ur messages...
