...loit employees and everyone in the company management does not really care much. Work compensation and benefits are great though if you can slog 14 hours a day and even more during the busy seasons. People are very polite on the face, just not honest, but that's what is a corporate culture. If you are a strong person to say no to your seniors, u can survive and grow easily..if u feel it can pressurized you, look for better options

The team is very young and there is no office politics between L1 members. Everyone works as a team and support each other

Dislikes

Salary no hike Work hours: unnecessary shift changes and asking for 12hr shift without any monetary benefits. For their convenience they will change the designation internally without giving any document for that(simply change your designation in MS teams) (no HR approval). In offet letter there is no restrictions on maximum leave to be taken but in realitu they will say only 4 days maximum. HR will never be in contact with SOC team(I have never seen them after joining) as we work in client location. They won't check about working condition. Manager is very good and supportive but team leads are very cunning they will take credits for others work. If any critical situation comes they will use you as shield. Client (Ennovi HR is good) If any celebration happens in Pierian we can't attende as they celebrate in IT building (SOC room is in Manufacturing building) If any celebration happens in manufacturing we can't attend as we are IT people)

Got very good exposure in Ecommerce. Learnt communication with Market place and Infosys team for technical issues. Learnt team handling and meeting tats.

Dislikes

We can not expect bonus. No refreshments trips. Increment percentage is low.

Was giving opportunity to freshers.

Dislikes

All the leaders are good at micro managing. Will make you work night and day if you show potential, but will not pay overtime or extra day pay for working on Saturdays Sundays and holidays. Mosquitos are better than this company. The company will suck your blood even during notice period. Pathetic company. Don't forget to come in on Saturdays.

Pierian is good for beginners and learnees

At the time of salary revision they have not considered potentiality, performance. Also they give lot of freedom to girl inkind of dress code, but boys should wear formals formals.
