Challenging space to work in, lot to learn and experiment. Excellent set of team members when I was there.

Company Culture was non existent, HR policies weren't present and a general lack of direction and vision

Nothing to good there which I can explain . Due to bad management and Senior behavior very bad working environment going on . If any things suggest for down ward employee issue no one ready to resolve due to this operation activity going down and down and customers experience also negative.

No one ready to listen any thing weather your suggestions or any feedback. There working culture just like chamcha giri. No welfare policy for office employee as well as ground staff. No one get leave if you take one or two days leave boss asking for drop a resign or kal se mt aana.very pathetic condition were .
