I like work, culture environment.

Dislikes

Parshality for local and outsiders. Senior treated for locals like workers. Salary package and position for locals are very poor. Responsibility for locals are too high.

Less travel time for office commute. System based working.

Dislikes

...itism by top management and HR. No reward for hard working and dedicated employees. Top management is very arrogant and egoistic. Partiality with old employee's is seen as a very common practice and HR seems to take them for granted and exploit them.
