...agement, inside politics, they don't care about employees future. Worst HR team. They give high salary to employees who have reference. Unnecessary they are paying 16,15,20 LPA for L3. But for L1 salary is less than 2.5 LPA.

I din't like anything there.

Everything especially Marketing Manager and Sales Manager. They have zero knowledge on Digital Marketing and they want me to follow their strategies which won't work. No one will listen to our problems there. HR department is helpless. Even sales manager can fire HR here.

Like the way company encourage each employee to up skill and training, events conducting on regular basis .As per the team requirement and provide good exposure on new technologies.

The attitude of senior management towards the team is exemplary i mean they give us a chance to wear multiple hats and doing just bit of every thing under the sky
