Balanced work and tasks. Flexible working time. Special leaves are designed for females. Opportunities to learn about new applications and software. CEO Mr. Alakh Pandey Sir is an amazing person and took great initiative for employment and students through Physics Wallah.

Dislikes

Salary for non-academic is very low. Work culture is extremely biased. Appraisals are done according to the relationship maintained with the heads of the center. Over-appraised faculties by the head lead to the cold behavior of faculties toward non-academic staff.

...ey removing employes from organization, only fake promises no work life balance. No salary incentive on time. They layoff employes and they said they giving the salary and after that they are also giving 45 days compensation but they are not providing anything such. Fake promise fake hr fake authority, they are playing with employes life . Everyone is fake in this organization.

Only working for to gain experience and learning to improve skills

Dislikes

There are lots of things promotion politics, less salary but working hour is not suitable to as per company policy because of Managers, also in same department same work, same efforts and performance but salary of employees isn't same for every one . HR not receiving call also some managers is too toxic after giving performance. May be in becoming year it is second Byjus of the country because of offline Sales practices.

Work culture. Unnecessary deductions from salary. No fix working hours some times we have to work for 13 to 14 hours on daily basis. You have to active on mail and phone from 8am to 8pm on daily basis. They always try to minimize their cost and increase load on employees by adding others tasks permanently which is not yours.

Dislikes

No work life balance. You have to work atleast 11-12 hrs daily. Company provide 2 leave per month. But you able to compensate it. There is no timing and schedule for marketing team. You might need to come on the field by 8 AM and I'll get free by evening by 8 PM
