1. Less salary as per industry standards 2. No work life balance ( if u joined pw in sales and marketing than your personal life is vanished. You have more 11.30 average per day, also need to compromise weekoff) 3. System is centralized but act like decentralized. 4. Mismanagement of Central HR team, HR team never ever will heard from you. Will always relay on Senior Management 5. Operations issue - PW need lot of improvement in offline business. Pw have great identity in online but they are slightly declined in offline
