Will always relay on Senior Management 5. Operations issue - PW need lot of improvement in offline business. Pw have great identity in online but they are slightly declined in offline

No job security, any day can be your last day, when you receive personal phone call from HR, not an email, its the day..., unethical organisation, worse than the LALA companies. Funny part: COO monitors resources like school.
