... pw branch the working atmosphere I getting here is worst. No work life balance. Except salary I am not getting anything basic aminities like wifi leave. It's a job of 9 hrs 30 min except Sundays. Even I don't even get sick leave. We are not even provided a clean ventilated space for lunch. I am working for my basic needs but I can't have that peacefully.I thought I am connected to pw but when we asked help from pw they said we can't interfere in franchise. i didn't get my offer letter no salary account no salary receipt. Yes I am working in pw from last 6 months but I don't have any proof. I feeling very disappointed to say that pw don't care about their faculties.

Except salary I am not getting anything even basic aminities like wifi clean ventilated rooms leave lunch space or breaks. It's a full time job with 9hrs 30 mins except Sundays. No casual leave sick leave earning leave nothing. But they deduct amount of Sunday if you took leave for 3 days. Even if you are sick in case of any emergency there is no leave , no half day they will deduct one day amount. We are not even provided with a clean ventilated space for lunch. Everyone is working for their basic need but I am sorry to say it's not worth. I thought I am connected to pw but when I asked them for help they said we can't interfere in case of frenchisey. I didn't get my joining letter no salary account no salary receipt. Yes I am working in pw from last 6 months but I don't have any proof. It's a starting of my career earlier I thought I am very blessed that I am working with PW until I get to know we are nothing but only franchise faculties.I am feeling very disappointed to say but I have to say pw don't care about their faculties.

Management needs to look into pay disparity as some hardworking employees with unfortunately no previous employment record are often at receiving end at time of salary negotiation and generally have to be content with whatever HR quotes the salary which is very disheartening.

Physics wallah vidhya peeth is wrost institute of India. Too much politics at centre level. If you are very close to centre head then it's decide your appraisal and future in the company. Management not listen the faculties. Leadership of centre head is wrost. He is not able to put Teacher view in front of students. Teacher's feel unsecure in respective of job security. Centre head threatens to terminate the teacher. HR asks teacher to give resignation in rude behaviour.

Amazing company for employees . Worklife , non toxic atmosphere and no salary issue.a great place to work.

Dislikes

Some cockroaches and spoons like academic head and centre head indulge in politics favours some staff . Their HR department is worst. They consider themselves owners of the company. Beside this the vision of Alakh sir and Maheshwari sir is great.

No job security, any day can be your last day, when you receive personal phone call from HR, not an email, its the day..., unethical organisation, worse than the LALA companies. Funny part: COO monitors resources like school.
