I gained good knowledge in phycare.Hr department n mangers are good in phycare.

Dislikes

Salary is so less in phycare. Even Labour get good daily wages. Even hikes are less.No benefits, no allowences, no proper facilities.They even do not provide a tissue paper.work pressure is more in phycare. Working in phycare is just like going school. I never felt like am woking in corporate company. Sad for being an employee in phycare for 3 years.

Actually PhyCare services is very good company for frashers. We are developing ur skills and nowledge but it is medical billing company Thats why i dont have a intrest in the company.

Compensation is good, but growth is slow. Its a medical billing process. It is not technical job it is simply like data entry process.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
