Last Month I completed my three months as an administrator. This was my first experience with Solar Company-PHOTOVOLTAIC SOLAR My Journey from initial days were where I took approvals before sending any direct mail/submitting any file, to managing various kinds of work by myself aligning work with various team members. This change is all because I am having strong supporting team members.

I am working with Photovoltaic Solar since June 2021 as a sales and marketing Executive and have learned a lot of things which have made my career and my skills far better than before. The higher Management is very supportive and Inspirational. They are always with positive mood and encourage me to work with positive attitude in any situation. "The Better you do, in revert you will get the best", I believe. Same applies here as well. I have seen that in some of the organizations there any many issues regarding late salary whereas in PVS have never got late salary it is always on time. The work environment is so positive and good and i really enjoy working here with the best management team and other team members.

It's been 3 months since I joined Photovoltaic solar as a fresher. In this three months, they have not only helped me to learn a lot of things but have also provided me the freedom and comfort to explore and perform to the best of my abilities. The higher management is so helpful and inspiring. My colleagues are really supportive and motivating. The office environment feels like a second home to me. So glad and grateful to be part of the PVS Family!

For this response, I would like to share my working journey with Photovoltaic Solar. I joined Photovoltaic Solar as an Admin executive and that was the startup of my career. I was totally blank about the corporate working environment and a bit afraid about the office environment. For freshers, there are a lot of questions running in the mind, how colleagues and the boss treat us. But it is the best decision of my working life to join Photovoltaic Solar. The company provides complete training and also helps to improve knowledge, even MD personally provides training to every candidate they take care of every employee. If I talk about appraisal and promotions, then I would like to share that after the completion of probation I got an appraisal and also got promoted to Sales and Marketing executive.
