Nothing much, if you are lucky you will get good project

Dislikes

Poor salary hike and compensation that comes after 6-7 months and sometimes they will skip. appraisal without any clear reason. HR department is the worst, even after release they will trouble you. Most of them have very poor communication with Employees. Same project for years with no scope of learning

...ockroaches or rats would survive in Photon without a forced commitment in place. And here’s the best part: if you decide to escape this paradise during probation, you get to pay a hefty exit fee! Oh, and don’t get too comfortable after six months—they can extend your probation indefinitely, because why not? * You adore the "HIRE → EXPLOIT → FIRE" work culture, where severance pay is just a myth. But hey, who needs financial security when you can experience the thrill of sudden unemployment? Just imagine the family bonding you’ll have while figuring out how to live by the roadside! * You enjoy being micromanaged, abused, and exploited by your wonderful managers and HR team. * You love being watched 24/7 like a reality show contestant. Photon generously installs a tracking tool called PROHANCE, which will be your loyal companion at all times. In fact, it cares so much about you that if you step away for even 10 minutes—say, to use the restroom—it will immediately check in like a clingy ex: "Hey buddy, can you please enter the reason for your absence from your desk? We were getting worried!" Because, clearly, privacy is overrated. * You appreciate friendly career advice from HR, like how they can single-handedly ruin your future by giving bad feedback in background verifications. * You thrive under clients even more toxic than Photon’s management. In fact, Photon practically sells you off to them with the terms: "Exploit them however you like—we don’t care. Just give us the money. Make them work on Sundays, 14-hour shifts, anything goes! As long as you don’t actually kill them, we’re good." Speaking of which, Photon is currently recruiting for a top U.S.-based banking client whose name phonetically resembles "JayPea More Gains Chase." They lure you in with promises of high salaries if you clear client rounds. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. This project’s work culture is so inhumane, it should be declared illegal. Expect insane deadlines, zero work-life balance, and arrogant, egotistical clients who treat contractors like disposable trash. Anyways, after all these warnings and truths, if you still wanna join this toxic company, and if you have also cleared the client interview round for "JayPea More Gains Chase,” then play some bargaining game with them, because they desperately need people for this project. Make sure to exploit their desperation for higher pay—you’ll have so much leverage before accepting the offer. Facilities? What Facilities? * Water? Oh, it's there! You just need to walk a casual 1 km to get it. * Coffee? Even the worst IT companies provide this, but Photon is out here setting new benchmarks in employee suffering. * Microwave? Sure, there’s one—for 300+ employees. The queue is longer than the one at Tirupati. * Cabs or travel allowances? Why bother? Just walk from home! If you can afford shoes, Photon thinks you’re being spoiled. A Special Shoutout to Our Beloved CEO! Kudos to Mr. Srinivas Balasubramanian for creating one of the most toxic work environments ever. Employees love it so much that we’ve prepared a special garland made of dirty chappals in his honour. We hope to greet him with it someday.

* Absolutely no cons! Even Bill Gates or Linus Torvalds would dream of slaving away at Photon! * Only 13-hour workdays? Too easy! Maybe they should bump it up to 20 hours. * A 6-day work-from-office policy? I love working Sundays too—management, please consider making it 7 days a week!

Nothing, Worst company to work

...n the trap easily. Even in probation period, you need to serve 3 month's notice. No Bench policy, HR will fire immediately without notice/pay. HR, Project Manager doesn't respond to your mail, chat for any Query or for Onboarding to project. Employees need to be in the ODC for 8.50 hours otherwise you will get mail to apply for LOP. Employee should maintain 6 productive hours otherwise you will get mail to apply for LOP if you fail to provide proper justification. No Shift allowance/CAB even you work in night shifts. Micromanagement with Pro hance tool No Work-life Balance, Worst company policies & culture, No Job Security. Company has implemented the policies primarily to create pressure or stress for the employees.

Photon conducted 3 rounds of interviews, asked me to negotiate my package excessively and made me rely on their offer by discarding other opportunities. Despite this, they failed to release any offer and completely ignored my follow ups via email and calls. This reflects a severe lack of professionalism and respect for candidates time and efforts. Such behaviour unacceptable for organisation claiming to value talent.
