...n the trap easily. Even in probation period, you need to serve 3 month's notice. No Bench policy, HR will fire immediately without notice/pay. HR, Project Manager doesn't respond to your mail, chat for any Query or for Onboarding to project. Employees need to be in the ODC for 8.50 hours otherwise you will get mail to apply for LOP. Employee should maintain 6 productive hours otherwise you will get mail to apply for LOP if you fail to provide proper justification. No Shift allowance/CAB even you work in night shifts. Micromanagement with Pro hance tool No Work-life Balance, Worst company policies & culture, No Job Security. Company has implemented the policies primarily to create pressure or stress for the employees.

...ed from project to project so that you do not create dependency in the project. As you become senior you are fired as they can hire low salary, less experienced resources. There is nothing to learn in management roles especially product management as this is a service company and you just do the clerical work of writing user story documents only. There are no work from home options. Managers micromanage and misbehave.

...ve to respond to the emails about tax, experience letter and final settlement. Forget about the variable pay. There are variable factors that affects it which you can never control.

Computer monitoring with active tracker software. Increasing the working hours to 9 hours. Compelling employees to come to office on Saturdays or on holidays when the Month has more Gov't holidays coincidentally.

Photon is a ocean of talented people. Ot is one of the best company for job security. Learning and development practices helps ensuring the employees skill set’s are relevant with market.

Compensation is good but too much of working time.
