Not much to like about the company other than the people only. People are very helpful.

...rload the people who are working and no action on people who are not working. Salary very very delay. Not good management. No future growth. Worst HR policy. HR policy can change anytime even in middle of FY year.

The company is unable to even pay salaries in time. Employees have to very often go 4 months without getting their salaries. Very toxic work culture. Extremely unqualified and dumb directors. The organization has to take loans to pay out salaries. The directors often verbally abuse their employees. Phooltas is simple broke and have been falsely reporting their business for years.

This is best platform to gain a abudently knowledge of production,assembly, designing,CAD CAM Software related to indian railway

Intensive is not increased properly,and some time salary was credited after long period.

My company two part phooltas Transrail Ltd and speed craft Ltd division . My working railways division phooltas Transrail Ltd. Production engineer 2007 to continue. Machine shop work 7 years 6, years quality control. Fabrication 2 year working.

My company very good working railways manufacturing maintenance vahicle company. All working technical. 14 years ok my working always good working and all departments work.
