There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign . On the job training is not given to new joinees

If you are belongs from specific community then it's ok if not then it's a great problem What is your performance it's doesn't matters if can buttering your manager & RSM then you are ok, ZERO solution from manager & RSM level but Resignation threats you can get continuously All though it's all about URBANA Jurisdiction; in Rural it's totally different culture,

There is a target based salary,and if you achieved target you will get basic salary but don't expect you will get incentive , manager gives you a lot of pressure ...and always saying u resign if u would not achieve your target ... , the company's clear funda ..

Seniors Manipulate Juniors & Give Them Fake promise about their Promotion & Appairasel. Seniors only complete their Target by juniors with fake promise & Upper Management never take follow up from ground level

Apart from getting salary on time, there's nothing to like about this company. Dislikes. Huge work pressure on weekends also you have to work. Upper management ...
