1.Top management is not ready to accept the market realities and consider competition 2. Revenue Generation products are totally are not worth it and are just imposed to be sold 2. Micromanagement is to such an extent that sales people are tracked throughout the day with the help of an app 3. No strategies are in place, people of the regional manager level ask to achieve the target by Hook or Crook, seriously? 4. In a initial stage company is good, good package giving.

Company politics destroy your career, East delhi state head like shahid khan ZSM & HR all involve to safe his job. They hired TSM for 6 month then give him notice period then after forcefully resigned. Don't enter in this company there management is really destory your CV.

On time salary. Saturdays and sundays off. And there is nothing ko like.

Dislikes

There is nothing to learn. Company is slow in launching new products and products launched is of worst quality. As KAE you will have daily targets which you will have to meet otherwise you will need to give justification on evening call. Now KAE's job role has new name PAE ( Premium Account Executive). Attrition rate is high in KAE vertical.
