Cab costs 1500 deduction from salary, you won't grow or learn anything useful but it's a window dressing that they do is what they like to show. Too much of favouritism and biasness. Career Path Projects are a trap. Affairs inside the office and terrible moulding of bau of their people making exceptional cases. All manipulation and show off in LGBTQ community though giving none importance to mental health and even physical be it even pregnancy. Birthday leave, marriage leave, mourning leaves etc are not there anymore.

The guide lines of company are very clear and honest for everyone and I enjoyed the work in the starting days

After few months it's getting taste like bitter, too much of targets and pressure and salary hikes, management changed there whole working system with some mass selling

In a initial stage company is good, good package giving.

Company politics destroy your career, East delhi state head like shahid khan ZSM & HR all involve to safe his job. They hired TSM for 6 month then give him notice period then after forcefully resigned. Don't enter in this company there management is really destory your CV.

No good job salary kam dete hai full time me 21000₹ batate or dete 12000₹ or full duty karo tm ya hall hai tel ka bataya tha vah bhi company nhi diya hai or leave lete nhi leave dikhaya jata hai salary com aye yah dasa hai company ko

There is a target based salary,and if you achieved target you will get basic salary but don't expect you will get incentive , manager gives you a lot of pressure ...and always saying u resign if u would not achieve your target ... , the company's clear funda ..

All the things is bad......if you are complaint for your manager behaviour HR don't here your opinion ......
