Good salary for freshers and good learning experience, improvement communication, and time management skills,

No work life balance, weak leadership, and need to improve branding and sales strategy. Need to give more importance to employee's Once my manager said to me that company will not see my health they will see my performance. Otherwise it is good company to work.

The lunch is provided. The half yearly outings were good earlier.

Cab costs 1500 deduction from salary, you won't grow or learn anything useful but it's a window dressing that they do is what they like to show. Too much of favouritism and biasness. Career Path Projects are a trap. Affairs inside the office and terrible moulding of bau of their people making exceptional cases. All manipulation and show off in LGBTQ community though giving none importance to mental health and even physical be it even pregnancy. Birthday leave, marriage leave, mourning leaves etc are not there anymore.

Words may be left but ... As a company it's a very well & organised but in east circle it's totally worthless.. If you are belongs from specific community then it's ok if not then it's a great problem What is your performance it's doesn't matters if can buttering your manager & RSM then you are ok, ZERO solution from manager & RSM level but Resignation threats you can get continuously All though it's all about URBANA Jurisdiction; in Rural it's totally different culture,

The guide lines of company are very clear and honest for everyone and I enjoyed the work in the starting days

After few months it's getting taste like bitter, too much of targets and pressure and salary hikes, management changed there whole working system with some mass selling
