There is nothing dislike about company but ASM is one of the worst manager you will ever get , if you thinking to joining phonepe than think twice. Because manager don't know how to handle 100 ppl , he is just looser , who always cribs about his team mates infront of all the TSM , ASM , OPS & MIS.

...ER GET SUPPORT AND ALWAYS GIVE HIS WORK TO OTHER TSM IN THE NAME OF LEARNING. 4. EVERY DAY HE WILL TELL BDE TO CUT OF SALARY OF 2DAYS & MARK ABSENT( WHAT KIND OF ASM YOU ARE?? ) 5. UNNACESARY REVIEW OF 6 HOURS & YOU MUST HAVE TO TURN ON THE VIDEO UTTER NONSENSE. 6. NO CAREER GROWTH AT ALL , YOU WILL BE TSM EVEN AFTER 5YEARS OF WORKING NO CAREER PATH. 7. NO LEARNING & SAME MONOTONOS WORK. 8. WORST ASM EVER YOU CAN THINK OF...ITS NOT ABOUT WORK PRESURRE BUT ITS ABOUT NATURE , EGOSTICS , NEVER SAVE FROM HIS TEAM MATES. 9. ITS ALL ABOUT PCL BUT HIS BASICS IS NOT CLEAR AT ALL AND PCL WIILL NOT BE CONSIDIRE IN APPRAISAL CYCLE. 10. SO CALLES ASM IS JUST TO SHARE REPORT OR ELES HE IS NOT REQUIRED. 11. ALWAYS THRETAN ABOUT NIKAL DUGA , RSM KE SATH REVIEW , NSM KE SATH REIVEW , WARNING MAIL , SO CHEAP MENTALITY HE HAVE. 12. NEVER HANDLE TEAM IN THE PAST AND HERE HANDLING TEAM OF 100 WHICH HE NEVER CAN HANDLE. 13. UNNACESSARY MATERIAL DUMPING AT YOUR HOME WHICH IS NOT NEEDED AND IF YOU NOT PICK UP OR RECEIVE MATERIAL THAN GIVEN WARNING FOR THIS ALSO. 14. NO JOB SECURITY & WORKNG ENVIORMENT IS PATHATHIC. 15. ASM NEVER WANT TO GO ON FILED AND ASKING TEAM MATES HOW TO WORK IN MARKET , PEHLE KHUD TO THEEK SE MARKET KARLE BHAI. 16. DONT KNOW HOW TO READ THE REPORTS AND MOST OF REPORT HAS BEEN MADE BY OTHERS IN THE NAME OF TUJE SIKHNA HAI , AAGE BADHAN HAI. LIST IS GOES ON FROM FRUSTRUTED EMPLOYEE & ALL WANT TO LEAVE THE JOB JUST BEACUSE OF THAT ONE PERSON .

They show you their message or job post with the maximum Salary of 4.5 LPA and the HR starts offering you from 1.8LPA and last she offers to the 5 years sales experienced guy is 2.5LPA and for freshers she only gives 1.2LPA to 1.8 LPA

Company politics destroy your career, East delhi state head like shahid khan ZSM & HR all involve to safe his job. They hired TSM for 6 month then give him notice period then after forcefully resigned. Don't enter in this company there management is really destory your CV.

No good job salary kam dete hai full time me 21000₹ batate or dete 12000₹ or full duty karo tm ya hall hai tel ka bataya tha vah bhi company nhi diya hai or leave lete nhi leave dikhaya jata hai salary com aye yah dasa hai company ko

There is a target based salary,and if you achieved target you will get basic salary but don't expect you will get incentive , manager gives you a lot of pressure ...and always saying u resign if u would not achieve your target ... , the company's clear funda ..
