Employees are like a family they'll help you when you need them. The company will take care of your medical needs until you don't become a burden to them. and then they will send you to India and never hear back if you need help or not

...em. If you've worked in a peaceful environment this company is no place for you. work pressure is too much and salary is little and that too is not going through one source. I've seen the dark side of management if you're offered please make sure you make your decision wisely and the quality of food they serve you won't even want to consume.

It's okay for those who are starting work for the first time.

The working hours are not fixed, there’s no timetable, no weekly off, and the biggest problem is that if you work on Sundays, you’ll only get 10% of the Indian salary in local Naira. Even after working the whole day, you’ll earn only around 200 to 250 Indian Rupees. As for bonuses, you can say they practically don’t exist.

So far job security it is directly related to the output you give where as week culture is pretty good as management believes in giving free hand to work. The salaries are well paid in time and has vide range of incentive schemes ti all the employees.

Sometimes management fire the seniors without giving any notice
