It's culture, it's atmosphere, it's timing, the way employees are treated there. No growth as such with no improvement in knowledge. One can only learn how to tolerate all the situation.

Work pressure is very high allways.no growth.managers and management not good.worst.2years contract and pay 60000 then every month 2500 deduction.small misteks also finacial dedit.2years before left means they will put case.

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
