I work here over 1/ 2 years. As store officer . I learned lot of things there. I got many sirs supporting me here. And my staff was very good so I loved working here.

Too much politics. Chaatu people have too much scope here. Few females here are keeping their manager happy by some other ways. Many of the managers here do not have knowledge. Company filled with useless people.

Phoenix has a merit and performance based work environment. Self motivated high performers (and expertise based on functional areas) are rewarded. Salaries and benefits are very attractive. Company also provides food and safe transportation. During COVID pandemic, Phoenix created strict safety procedures with health checks, sanitization and ensured safety. Loyal self motivated winners will succeed here.

There is good security in working in company and there is no pressure from anyone in doing work .and manegement is also good

Indian management is not good they are doing favaortism and doing partiality with other team members and providing incorrect information to the top Management that is the reason that company not gaining any profits otherwise company will be in very good situation if old management do continue in India
