Yearly increment is only 8%....Too much office politics....Seniors don't give respect to new joinees.....They gives warning even for small mistakes.

I work here over 1/ 2 years. As store officer . I learned lot of things there. I got many sirs supporting me here. And my staff was very good so I loved working here.

There is no benifits and no appraisal

Too much politics. Chaatu people have too much scope here. Few females here are keeping their manager happy by some other ways. Many of the managers here do not have knowledge. Company filled with useless people.

Phoenix has a merit and performance based work environment. Self motivated high performers (and expertise based on functional areas) are rewarded. Salaries and benefits are very attractive. Company also provides food and safe transportation. During COVID pandemic, Phoenix created strict safety procedures with health checks, sanitization and ensured safety. Loyal self motivated winners will succeed here.
