Seemed Good until I resigned

...their client. Probably it was something between Phoenix and the client company. I did not get my last salary that amounts to around 80,000. I kept following follow up (for more than 6 months) ... They kept delaying and providing polite excuses. Since I was leaving for an overseas job, I did not have patience or resources to follow it up legally or otherwise. I believe they have been doing this to other recruits also after they resign or otherwise. They still owe me my money, but I am not interested in taking more lies from them. Crooks.

I Loved working here. I really miss the adventures and memories spent with Phoenix. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Sometimes work pressure is very high, when the absence of the team members, continues on calls supports. I have to work and support 12-15 hours straight in a day attending client calls completing assigned tasks. Need to hire more people for some critical projects.

To work at Phoenix is a very proud feeling, may it be the work culture, or the career growth, it's very immense here. anyone who would want to start their career in the recruitment industry, then I would really recommend here since employees are given opportunities to learn and grow in a professional way. here we get a strong base also the mutual respect and understanding between the employee and employer is very appreciable.
