There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is unsatisfactory, career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...k life balance and a great learning curve if you have the right attitude for it. Salary and appraisal as per market standards, but better. Fastest growing company in terms of assets, finances and square footage stock of IT spaces in Hyderabad. Healthy environment with helpful colleagues, if you are of a helpful nature yourself.

Management decisions hinder timelines and quality of processes. HR not robust enough. Internal politics within verticals causes confusion and loss of focus on work.

It has always been my dream to work with Phoenix, because it is one of the fastest- growing company in the market . And their work environment is very friendly.

Company has adopted new construction technology and project management system which shall be leveraged to their long run and competitive advantage.

Company still having micromanage mentality and huge loopholes in design adaptation. Searching for best price sometime quality and timelines are overlooked.
