There is nothing to like about this company, whoever can see the review through ambition box please keep yourself away from this company and management.

Dislikes

...makes does not flow down till the low level employee as a token of appreciation. Sudden pay-cuts and terminations are very common and it is been justified by a very illogical points. Words from management are so high that they think it is a fortune 500 company.

Worst company you will ever see no job security, during Covid almost 50% plus employees removed with no reason and rest of them they promised to pay salaries and holding back for 18months and finally closed the company management is worst and they won't relieve you easily..... unnecessarily they will trouble employees..... If anyone wish to spoil their career and become insane they can happily join Phoenix because that's just like hell, HR doesn't know anything, Admin himself feels as if he the CEO of company

Initially they supported for three months with gradual salary reduction and suddenly there is a lay-off up-to nearly 25 employees.

There is no professionalism, HR treats employees as school children and admin behaves as if he the CEO.

Horrible company with terrible management. No Job security, you can be fired anytime of the day out of the blue Worst HR, Does not even respond to your calls, texts, emails, have no people skills, does not know how to talk Company Policies will be created, modified regularly to make employees life living hell. For example, if they see an employee talking over phone a new policy will be created to stop usage of phones in workplace and the premises of the entire building. (This policy exists) Work culture is horrible, employee is a slave and the only purpose of this slave is to mint money for the masters.

Company Management is of the opinion that they are doing a big favor by giving a job without salary and you owe your rest of the life to them for that. Pay cuts and sudden terminations of employees is a very common and regular activity here. Employee is expected to work 24x6, 365 days without any compensation and do not expect your full salary or appraisals or any kind of monetary benefits Managements logic and explanations are of another world No work-life balance Employee is expected to deliver from the day of joining, no trainings are provided Making employee's life as horrible as possible is the vision of the company

Hire and fire company, humanity rules violation, all need to work 24/7/365, everywhere holiday working is payable, here its highly appreciated with nonpayment of salary
