Excellent Job security for employee. Insaurance covers for family. Domain of work is exciting. You get plenty of incentives to earn and get motivated.

There is a policy to respect for individuals so nobody can disrespect you. There are very supportive leaders to help you for your growth and genuinely care about Team progress.

Phoenix is one organization that is built by the great talent that resides here. Right from the Top Management, to Team leaders to the guys working in the lower strata of the hierarchy, all of them will help you learn something new everyday. The annual team outings are amazing. We have been to Goa, Wagah, Mcleodganj, Pachmarhi and several other places. The company is probably the ONLY IT company in Jaipur to have an incampus swimming pool. Overall, it is a good company to work.

Dislikes

There are many facilities, which no other company can boast of, like Gym, Swimming Pool, Party Lounge. But we are able to use them only 4-5 times in an year due to delivery commitments. Wish it could be more.

1- Good work & Culture, Energetic young team, Beautiful spacious campus, Lots of facilities, Team is well learned, soft spoken and helpful. Leaders are very passionate.

Dislikes

Company location is far away from my residence else I personally never found any problems.
