Six Days Working No fixed shift timing No fixed day for salary Sometimes it may get delayed even a month If/When you leave the firm forget about your F&F settlement

firstly salary issue , claim issue and management was not good i worked with phimetrics from 24-4-2018 but they give me offer letter of 3-may-2018 shame on those who does this type

There is no security for females even the boss of the company won't allow female employees to leave office if their is work pressure the female employee has to leave office whenever the work is completed even at midnight 4am also alone there is no security at all

There is no chance of career growth. You will never be awarded for yearly appraisal. If you don't ask such things to the company, than you are a better employee.

The company environment is good and job security along with Senior's support is also very good. In compare of other company i feel more comfortable and secure.

Dislikes

Regarding of appraisal company is not good as per commitment.
