...g in this organisation is imensly high as u have to do work of 3 people alone. The other thing is they pay good salary to B.Tech graduate bt for Msc they compare it to diploma graduate in terms of salary , which is one of the worst thing that I could like.

There is chance to operate and study as per our wish.. Salary is also good..

Some of team mates are very bad especially top level..low training session for studying about the plant and process, no job security and carreer growth also,very bad shift timing and schedule and also travelling,very bad politics within the management level,work rnvironment is also very bad.. No safety..work life balance is very poor

HR policies are good but not following in plant. Good salary and increment policy is also good but if u have good relationship with your boss. Performance bonus has deducted from your CTC about 10% but only getting approx 8%. Man power is always insufficient in Power plant so u have to do minimum 10 days 12 hr shift in a month. Travelling time is total 3 hr to & fro including 40 mints of reliving time.

Job security is not good. You have to perform job with minimum man power.

Just know your boss before joining this organisation. If your boss is good then you can stay till your retirement period but if the boss is toxic he will not let you stay. Pl dont join Mr Sumit Sinha in project procurement department. He's phycological I'll. Six registration in just a period of six months is his achievement.

...boss before before joining. Get the sourcing, interaction done before moving in. Company offers hansome package and exponential growth of you're good in presenting, interactive,knowing how to tackle your boss. Boss is everything there.
