I really enjoyed my 5 years 4 moths experience in this company and the don't worry about the job we can do our work it will be secure the job as long as and work culture is excellent and the management and company polices are very good supports with employee in time of covid-19 first wave company was given moral & financial support to the employees. I really proud to work with Philips India ltd. Thanks.

Representing the Global brand and the response before the client. Salary and other travel benefits are good, travel and bit of work-life balance.

Dislikes

Lack of professionalism and leadership. No interest in developing individuals as future leaders. People joining from different companies and small companies expect a lot from the organization in terms of mentoring from superior or the reporting authority.No proper empowerment of the person before the customer and also within the organization. I had joined Philips from Midmark (Formerly Janak Healthcare Private Limited) where I was star performer due to many good initiations from the company like, proper training, empowering the sales person as a key person before the customer and also within the organization but whereas it is very very poor in Philips. People will feel very suffocated and it will be a big minus point in one's resume if you leave the company like Philips in a short time. With so many aspirations people join with a great pace to excel in their work but it is something different here.

You get to work on latest technology stacks. Exposure to Healthcare domain. Unlimited sick leaves. If you lucky you might get some talented colleagues and Manager

Dislikes

No perks. Health insurance is quite basic. Travel freeze most of the time. Cost cutting everywhere. HR are non existent. People say that company used to have a culture before, but doesn't seems like now. Layoffs have beacome quite common now. Salary hikes are quite minimal.

...tally dependant on wims and fancy of senior. Would not recommend anyone to join. No working hours for few functions it stretches beyond eight hours with no additional compensation.

They don't give the salary and benefits they have promised. There is no job security. They is no room for learning and applying. They give negligible hike or no hike. The people are non cooperative. Bad working environment. They don't give freshers a fair chance to learn and prove themselves.
