...ning here, their committed offers are not fulfilled and fired for silly reasons. No notice period during probation and after that also they will be forced for leave by reducing salary or position. Espcially this is happening with technical/ administrative staff. While fixing the package details not mentioned. Once you get the salary ,that is inclusive of everything. No PH/RH/CL. Working including public holidays.leave is not given as per requirement that too without pay. If leave is taken for any emergency ,he will be fired on disciplinary ground. Timing is as long as Mangement person sits as per their convenience. No family life and time for any enjoyment.still belive in old age one man company and runs with whims and fancies . Not good for a company who wants to grow and prosper. Career devlopment training and skill development is almost Nil
