...hey are working. Work culture is so fast paced that priorities change every day. Offers very less salary for the type/amount of work they ask you to do. Don't have any perks

Very minimal or no salary hike. Dismissed yearly bonus in the name of cost cutting. Cancelled all the office parties and team outings and team dinners. Started micromanaging. No hybrid model. Need permission for every single leave.

...during notice period. Some people go on 10 days leaves, some go for 1 day leave. Even though you take sick leave, salary gets deducted. - Mentorship is lacking to some extent. Or sometimes biased mentorship is observed - tech-stack is sometimes decided on the fly
