Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). Very minimal or no salary hike. Dismissed yearly bonus in the name of cost cutting. Cancelled all the office parties and team outings and team dinners. Started micromanaging. No hybrid model. Need permission for every single leave.

Nothing much, You will be considered for job even if you are from tier 3 college and non it, but too much micromanagement,

... during hikes even if they work hard, you may be working 24*6 per week atleast, If You get a salary less than 8 is a big injustice save yourself

...during notice period. Some people go on 10 days leaves, some go for 1 day leave. Even though you take sick leave, salary gets deducted. - Mentorship is lacking to some extent. Or sometimes biased mentorship is observed - tech-stack is sometimes decided on the fly
