Only thing I like in this company is salary they offered to join the organization.

Dislikes

1. No leaves. 2. No work life balance. 3. Worst work culture & ethics. 4. Very narrow mind environment. 5. No maternity leaves (they will make you resign by increasing toxicity in such critical phase.)- Big NO for female employee to join 6. Average working hours 14 hrs daily even in weekends. 7. No new learning 8. Most important - everyday and everything is very critical in this company. 9. No Job security - You will be FIRED or will be asked to resign without any reason within 2 month of joining the organization.

Likes

It is good for freshers to start with. You will get opportunities to learn. For experienced folks this is not a place to strive. There is no scope to put in your ideas. There will always be a role mismatch in this. Sometime you will be asked to take on addon responsibilities without consulting you.
