At the beginning of my tenure, I spent most of my time in a good, healthy environment where everyone got along with everyone else. Then after a certain limit, I experienced horrible politics and job insecurity , no growth . There is alot of politics and the management doesn't Address our issues even after raising complains to the higher authorities. This literally caused me to become depressed and ill and I decided to leave . Pharmarack Technologies could be a great place to work if management left internal politics behind

Very very bad politics, no job security for those employees who are on third party pay roll

Salary and Benefits are good, you will get travelling opportunities intracity and intercity. Sales Meets held time by time which makes employee refresh

Office Politics are there, Specially in AVP position. you can get promotion or get fired by mood of AVP

...re employees. They tell us to activate the deactivate area in 1st three days.. Seniour person giving less salary . As per previous experience Rsm is insulting your at very 1st day. Fake management .total waste of time. They don't want to honest employees. . While doing work..he will doing demotivated to you.. Here is giving training of bde on field of 7 days they complete training of bde in 1 day.. Here is no freedom for employees. Total time west.

Work culture is very poor. HR are busy in their own life least bothered about employees. Policies are changed as per situation any time in between. Managers are uneducated about the product knowledge. Appraisals are worst do not justify on performance level matrix. Bonus i doubt employees will ever get working here. No cafeteria, no gaming arcade, no employment engagement related activities. During covid pandemic people have been fired randomly or employee had no choice either to quit by self.

Dislikes

Employee who works honestly is always defamed and gets no opportunities to grow both in terms of Salary and level of designation. But he is made to work or force to work without getting any additional benefits in terms of travel, food, or other engagements.
