There's a lot to learn if you're beginning your journey from an organization like PharmaLex. People are more or less very friendly and approachable and flexibility options were there up until now (before a change in the management side).

Dislikes

The pay-scale is honestly a joke. The management has no idea how to handle larger projects and are unnecessarily cunning in their approach towards the technical team. The workload is always there and one is supposed to work around 12 hours everyday, and any deviations are dealt with prompt discussions involving subtle threats. There is no job security under the current regime.

Good for learning perspective but work life balance is zero.

In terms of salary lowest in industry. First six months they will designate you as a trainee after that permanent employee and if you leave within a year then you have to return your monthly bonus for the whole year. Lot's of politics in the company.

Seriously Can't think of anything.

Dislikes

It is an epitome of toxic work culture, poor salary, worst leadership, and no learning. They feed on the souls of innocent hardworking people who are desperate for jobs. Plus there is substantial number of bootlickers in the organization who literally don't do any real work and got nowhere else to go.

Company is very small, they do what they like. They don't listen. Total harassment of the employees

Dislikes

They refuse to pay my salary which was around 70k. In the name of training and bound they harass the people.

Worst, Nothing, there is nothing to like about. Maybe its a good company in Germany.

Dislikes

Management is absolutely poor, manipulative and talent-less. They demean you and threaten to fire you. No one is professional specially HR and Hiring Managers. They are arrogant and demeaning.
