No 5 days working and monday is weekly off which is odd. Personal mobile not allowed. Internet facility is not given to individual only one person can access Internet between 3 or 4 employee group is distributed.

Design department was good with excellent cooperative people. No overtime at all. Work timing is fix. Good company for starters.

Dislikes

First of all, Mobile phone is not allowed. This is terrible. Job is stryotype, you won't get to learn anything new. No FE Analysis software is used. Everyday company owner will come and will make changes in standard model without any analysis just based on experience. He will bring photos of competitors' machine and will asked you to make model like that picture. No analysis or brainstorming at all !!
