Even if you serve notice period, they hold your salary and harass you for pending salary, that's why most employees leave after salary day. New employees come, they see the rude and unethical culture and leave.

Hyderabad R&D Centre is flexible for employees. Good team, as trainee i learned lot of things from my team n seniors. company in expanding mode.

salary date is 7th, if given on 1st or 2nd it would be nice. Rest all everything is satisfactory.

Very worst I have seen in my life...nothing to say ...I worked 9 month ..hr policy very worse . Don't go if you have no job then stay at home.

There is no work culture, and everyone is pulling each other leg down. HR has no manners to talk. The pantry area has too many mosquitoes; they never clean it. Meetings are always disgusting; no scientific discussion. Mr. Mitaal is useless, and Dr. Sandeep Nayyar is only nice from R and D. Mr. Lakhwinder and Mr. Abhinav from QA are nice. Rest are useless.

I have done my bachelors remotely, so i have never enjoyed college life.. But in pharmaffiliates despite work pressure, i got alot of good friends and an environment like college

I have done my best honestly and achieved every target and even learned and done new area work for 5 years, but my growth speed was like a snail 🐌 in rainy season, no promotions and no satisfactory hikes
