Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Dear candidate, beware of this company, because i feel personally experience share with you, during the interview. HR department to convince good opportunity, good review Hight growth and 6 months to 6 months. salary increment. after 6-month job completion, but i request salary increment but no response from HR and management, after 2 years no increment. and every time old employ management to compline & politically gossip for bad negativity feedback provide for new employ. No Beter platform % no long-term future. candidate don't come to company.
