Pathetic management with habit of underpaying employees. Unless you are the best at political games no use of being in such a company. Has a lovely habit of giving extremely dry promotions. FRESHERS PLEASE STAY AWAY. They will bind you in 3 year bonds which will pay you much less than market and you will be left crying to get corrections after that.

Their policies, their Salary structure and their finance and HR team is pathetic. Finance team doesn't even know their own calculation and they use false method to Show appraisal. Poor Management and no one will be there to hear your concerns, just fake promises. Please don't join this Company until and unless this is the last Company which you have and even if you get in to it, try to get away with them as early as possible. You might think that why I am writting so bad about them its because I have faced it and also please ask people who worked their and I am pretty sure 7 out of 10 will say bad about it because they are pathetic.

...transparency Worst policies , can be manipulated at anytime as per their wish.. wfh wfo policies are rubbish No support from organization Only 20 leaves including festival holidays Notice period to be served 100% from office Appraisals are late by 2 months atleast Appraisals are given 4-5% in fixed salary and 10-15% in variable bonus that comes with a clause of 2-3 years normally

Ekdum raddi jagah hai, chindi company with shit load of bonds on contract and faltu work policies for employees. 20 leaves total, 4 calendar holiday, 4 optional , 1 bday/anniversary. 2 WFH per week. They track no. Of key press in whole day 😒. Bkl company hai.

...n't care about you. I was working on a package of 7.5lpa from campus placements. And when I joined I got to know the salary I'll be getting is 35k only. Chalo koi baat nahi but when it comes to leaving the company they'll ask you to return 5k per month for the number of months you worked with them and that's mentioned secretly in the contract. The work culture is so pathetic that they will call you at 11:30 in the night and ask you to organise a meeting with client which will last till 3AM and then they expect you to report on time in the office at 10am. I was not getting any time for myself in this company and no learnings as well.

There's no support from HR, neither your manager gives a damn about how stressful it is for you to manage 2 projects together and doing useless easy copy paste things repeatedly. Working as a data analyst I just learned basics of Ms Excel on the other hand in my new job, I'm getting exposure to power BI, tableu and SQL too.
