There is no job security here. During pandemic, instead of supporting their employees, have removed and are still removing them without any fault of theirs. The company is not facing any financial loss. So this is not the reason of removing the staff. They have ego problem, they are focusing on things which does not makes any sense. Instead of wasting time on things which are not worth, they should concentrate and give that time to the work which is actually required to be done. Working here means, one has to keep their brains at home, and work according to them, even if they are wrong. Employees views doesn't matter. HR is there only for the name sake. Everything is in hands of the director. Who thinks money is only thing which matters. He teaches lesson on humanity but he himself doesn't preaches them.

Everything. There is not a single thing which is to be appreciated. Office boys are given a lot of importance. The management listens to them and decides the action. Employee views not heard at all.

The team mates and project managers backing up behind you are so awesome and friendly. Also, they provide new opportunities for learning and executing projects.

Salary appraisals, policies and worklife balance
