There is nothing much to like except the fact that they pay good salaries which are always higher than the industry average.

Dislikes

The mid and lower management people are all great but the most toxic people are sitting in senior management who play internal politics and favoritism. Won't even suggest my enemies to have anything even remotely related to this place. Secondly the work culture and pressure are such that you are compelled to work 12-13 hours are a day and even on weekends.

Phable company like a Pharmesay or netmed but phable only collected data from Pharmacy and not provide any single orders to pharmacy , There is a one manager Uday Banu he always scared to phable field sales executive about what situation in market but they not provide salary to field sales executive on time also they put expenses on hold without any reason it's totally lie company.

...es associate and Territory Sales Manager, Pharmacy don't got payment on time , Also do not provide any medicine delivery charges to Pharmacy , company not provide diwali bonus to employees , phable company also not any reason put field employee expenses on hold

Nothing. They cheated us and shut down the company without paying salaries of all it's employess

They didn't pay the salaries of all its employees and shutdown the company without any intimation and since November they have not paid any salaries to its employees. Very bad management.

They are not trust worthy please don't join this company. They will not provide your incentive and overtime pay. They cheat their own employees.

Sudden layoffs, company got closed suddenly without paying salaries for 2 months and benefits for many months. Didn't even pay any severance package. Just one fine day suddenly it was declared as our last working day.
