Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Compensation is decent , but growth is slow.Managers do not value an individual unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

It is a great place to grow and develop your skills.The company helped me find my strengths and guaranteed an environment which was open to new ideas.I also got a chance to work with people from different countries.To summarise it was a good experience to have worked for Pharmasia.

Dislikes

Although I haven't encountered many situations where I disliked to have worked here, I would like to point out that the work hours are sometimes extended.It caused some difficulties for me.
