A Salary for Trainee Engineers is very low as compared to other industries.You can able to learn on hands training where the other industries were not allowed to touch the machines because you are a trainee. Each and every person are welcomed with an innovative idea .

Infrastructure is Med level it's a only good in this company.

...job correctly they have credit from korens they don't mention your name to them. Salary package is very low compared to surrounding companies. And highlight is pugal he said he is Hr but he don't know the meaning of Hr he tooks our salary wrongly then we asked to him he said I can't do anything u take leave In next I put full present and then u got a full salary. Assi.manager is Vera level if u ask for a leave they give u lecturer for 1 hour then u don't want leave after u don't think about permission leave. Medical room is good but they don't give fee for small injuries they take responsibility for major injuries like lost your finger, legs etc.., Sadly I was worked in the company.

...ironment and cluture. Teammates are supportive and the mangement is transparent. company policies are good,appraisals are fairand they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the mangement doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you connot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
