I started my journey with PGM Services, regardless to say I have learned a lot in regard to the recruitment. Also, I got the opportunity to handle the team and clients. Team is very supportive. They keep us before clients and candidates.

some of the people create nuisance however company has very transparent and easy policies. especially for the leaves.

Work life balance, no one bothers after working hour unless until something urgent comes up. Mgmt emphasis on growth of its employees Good incentives for the performers and increments

PGM was my second company as a recruiter. Regardless to say I learned a lot from them. This is a value and process driven organization. They focus on overall development. They give opportunity to learn and explore. Everyone is very supportive. Good incentives and they value hard working employees

They yet need to learn to handle politics done by internal employees.

It gives me flexibility for work. The manager encourages personal growth. There are discussions on how to improve ourselves on a regular basis.

Dislikes

Some teammates show a lack of responsibility and need a push every now and then. But managers are always there to support and send reminders on self-motivation.
