Sales management You have achive your target anyway. Either ethical or unethical. 1st line has no work rather sending you various new type of formats every week last day . So your holiday get hamper. Management has no idea about market and provide un natural growth of 25% to 30% every year. Totally buttering and oiling base management. Higher management knows everything but till they silance. Increment is not based on your performance and achievements. Rather than it's based on how much you can do buttering your 1st line and 2nd line.

They give us the salary for work in a singel company but want and force to do work for 2companies. Specially the ABMs r alaways try to force you beyond Working boundarys. Nobody listen to MR's.

This company touch all aspects in life ,that means work, enjoyment, good salaries, gifts, bonus ,etc., I will go again to this company after 2years also I want to retire in this company means I want work lifetime in this company.

Dislike- Company top management in india are idiot. They think pfizer is their own company don't know how to run pfizer in india and they just show to pfizer main HQ in America that how good they are going by crushing employees at every aspect.. Termination and vrs are just ready.. every load on field force managers during tough time just protect themselves lot's of politics here management don't care about field employee and job security is horrible... Pfizer india is not obeying global policies of pfizer here sales are unhygienic. not with policies. top management of pfizer in india are running pfizer like third grade company..

I like about i get to work in these pandemic situations also, But the in this situation the average & middle class person can't live with normal salary, I have to say that the company compensation policies in this pandemic situation is very poor. I recommend to give some other extra compensation to colleagues to move a life very freely.

i don't know why but the benefits & facilities are decreasing slowly.
